Zeichnungen aus der Hölle in Darfur

Human Rights Mitarbeiter gaben bei ihrem Besuch in den Flüchtlingslagern im Tschad den Kindern, während sie sich selbst mit deren Eltern unterhielten, ein Blatt Papier und Buntstifte. Die Kinder konnten malen was sie wollten, viele malten die Gräueltaten, die sie im Darfur erlebt hatten.

Auf den Bildern sind die Dschandschawid, die Milizen, zuerkennen, wie sie mit mit Panzern und Flugzeugen die Dörfer angriffen. Auf den Bildern sind Hinrichtungen von Menschen, brennende Dörfer und Vergewaltigungen von jungen Frauen und Mädchen dargestellt. All das, was die Kinder miterleben mussten.
